| Brief History |
Mr. W. K. Leong founded CPC Chemicals Pte Ltd in June 1994 with the sole purpose of manufacturing a
Singapore brand of specialty chemical products that gives added value to all industries.
Mr. Leong is also the sole proprietor of Asia Office Appliances Co.
After more than 30 years representing the CRC brand of chemical products, Mr. Leong saw a need to expand
his market share beyond the Singapore shores and manufacturing is a step in the right direction.
With many years of working experience in both the oil and chemical industries and tapping the expertise of
chemists from Singapore and Australia, Mr. Leong is the guiding force behind CPC Chemicals in formulating
and manufacturing a high quality range of CWD specialty chemical products for general maintenance and
repairs.
